Shipping is performed by USPS unless other options have been selected or paid for. Orders are shipped with tracking and can be monitored by the customer. Multiple orders from the same customer account that are addressed to the same address and set for processing may be combined into one shipment at our discretion.

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders received by 10:00am EST Monday - Friday will process and ship on the day of the order; all other orders will process and ship the next business day.  BUDy does not ship on Holidays the USPS has indicated as no pickup service days. We generally post a message on our website in advance of any Holiday that may interfere with prompt shipping service.

Once a package is shipped via USPS MAIL (First Class), BUDy is no longer responsible for the items purchased and the risk of loss is transferred to the customer. In the event your package is lost in transit, you will need to contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance in finding or recovering your package.

In order to protect against a lost package, we recommend selecting one of the premium services such as USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express; these services have insurance automatically applied. This provides us the ability to better assist a customer with a lost package.


We stand behind our products and strive for your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied in your experience with our product, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase to the payment method you used at check out.

Our 30 day return policy applies to the product under normal use and is subject to review upon receipt of the returned product. In the event you need to exchange your product, simply complete the Replacement Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form online and follow the instructions provided.
